Key Responsibilities:

  • Make outbound calls to prospective customers.
  • Explain services/platforms to customer and answer their queries.
  • Understand customer requirements and schedule service demonstration & follow-ups.
  • Update CRM and sales funnel reports on regular basis.
  • Maintain daily call logs and report on targets and outcomes.
  • Extract data from various sales intelligence tools like Lusa and SalesQL.
  • Connect prospective users through Linkedin and schedule meetings for sales team.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a tele-caller or similar sales/customer service role
  • Excellent communication skills, especially good command of English and Hindi language (Bangali language is a plus).
  • Basic computer knowledge, and familiarity with AI platforms (Chatbots) is an advantage.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Any Bachelor’s degree (graduate).
