Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive revenue growth by selling our Conversational AI solutions to banks, NBFCs, insurance and other enterprises.
  • Identify, qualify, and close new business opportunities/leads.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with decision-makers including CXOs, Heads of Digital, IT, Customer Experience, and Marketing.
  • Manage end-to-end sales cycles including lead generation, pitch, negotiations, closure, and handover to the delivery team.
  • Understand client challenges and position our conversational AI platform as a solution to their business needs.
  • Work closely with product, and marketing teams to develop proposals, demos, and presentations tailored to client requirements.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activity, and regulatory changes affecting the BFSI sector.

Requirements:

  • Proven track record of selling Conversational AI, SaaS or technology solutions to small, medium and large-scale enterprises (mainly – NBFC clients).
  • Understanding of the banking, financial services, or insurance landscape in India.
  • Experience in selling solutions like AI, automation, chatbots, or customer engagement platforms is preferred.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Self-driven, result-oriented, and capable of working independently.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (MBA is a plus).
  • Prior experience working with or selling to large private/public sector banks, NBFCs, or insurance companies.

Experience Required: 5–10 years in B2B enterprise sales (preferably in BFSI tech)
